We focus on realistic improvements that preserve accuracy while presenting the home at its best. What We Can Enhance Depending on the photo set and your preferences, services may include: • Brightness, contrast, exposure, and color correction (including white balance) • Straightening and perspective correction (level horizons, reduce “tilt”) • Light sharpening and noise reduction • Minor cleanup (small distractions like glare, minor blemishes, smudges, lens spots) • Cropping and resizing for MLS, Zillow, social, and print • Consistent “set matching” so all photos feel cohesive What We Do Not Do To protect accuracy, ethics, and MLS compliance, Real Estate Saints does not: • Digitally alter the property’s permanent features or condition (no “fixing” damage, cracks, stains, etc.) • Add or remove major objects, landscaping, views, or structural elements • Misrepresent room size, layout, finishes, or neighborhood conditions • Create deceptive virtual staging unless explicitly requested and clearly labeled as such Turnaround & Delivery Edits are typically delivered in MLS-ready JPEG format, with optional versions for social media.
